Music of the Masters — Season Opener


Skagit Community Band’s 63rd Season

Join us as we launch our 2025–2026 season with Music of the Masters, a concert celebrating some of the most influential voices in wind and brass music. Under the direction of Vince Fejeran, now in his 26th year leading the ensemble, we’ll explore timeless works that span centuries and styles.

The program features the brilliance of Robert Jager, the drama of Georges Bizet, the folk-inspired imagination of Percy Grainger, the grandeur of Giovanni Gabrieli, and more. From Renaissance brass choirs to modern wind textures, this performance brings together the music that has shaped generations of musicians and listeners alike.

Performance Dates & Locations

Admission: Free and open to the public. Donations are always welcome and support our mission of sharing music with the Skagit community.

We are grateful to Anacortes High School for hosting our rehearsals in their beautiful facilities, and to our supportive community for making another season possible.
